• We do not accept returns for any reason, including dissatisfaction with taste, change of mind, or duplicate orders.

• We advise customers to double-check their order details before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

While we follow strict quality control, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. In such rare cases:

• We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis.

• If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued.

• No cash refunds will be provided.
